Wellens GC uses PROCORE, a cloud-based, Construction Management software which enables us to make our process completely transparent through out. This invaluable tool provides the resources necessary to collaborate with the entire project team in real time from any web connected device, on-site or in office. Procore provides the ability to view and collaborate on various documents, in cluding submittals, RFIs, contracts, sched ules and drawings. This transparency al lows our team to understand the value of each project and how to maximize profit.
