A Bit About RYAN
Ryan has been with Wellens GC since 2010, beginning his career in the construction industry as a builder. His ability to master new skills quickly and efficiently helped to mold him into a logical and well-planned Project Manager.
An easily relatable attitude makes working with Ryan on any project a breeze. His ability to forecast and attention to detail always result in a project that is hassle free.
As Lead Estimator, Ryan extensively works with preconstruction services, feasibility analysis, estimating, design development, value engineering and life cycle costing on a wide variety of projects.
