Dusty McDaniel

Dusty has been with Wellens GC since 2012.

Dusty brings the strongest qualities to the superintendent position that attribute great success to every project he serves. His communication skills put stakeholders at ease while he manages the work process to its maximum.

Subcontractors are eager to work on Dusty's projects because they are well managed to be successful. He is a talented scheduler, has an impressive safety record and one of the regions most skilled master builders. Dusty will be deeply involved through the pre-construction process in development of the master schedule, providing constructabilty reviews and technical support.

He has a goal-oriented approach to working with his crew and all affiliated parties to keep each project running smoothly and efficiently. It is Dusty’s responsibility to assist project management and estimating with the development of conceptual and final estimates. Dusty assists with all aspects of subcontractor qualifications and scopes.
