Successful construction projects require excellent communication; Our first step is always to  establish clear protocol for communication. We work together with all parties involved in the project to establish meeting schedules, critical milestones and goals. We offer our clients daily log reports which will help maintain consistent lines of communication. The daily logs will contain updates, photos, progress and news information that the client may use for social media at their discretion. Our on-site Superintendent will pay careful attention to the client’s calendar of events and incorporate those events into the construction schedule to ensure that normal activities of the client may proceed safely and without any inconvenience. Direction and safety signage will also be utilized to visitors and staff away from a potentially dangerous area. for example, if they need to walk a different route or enter at a different entrance. Our Superintendent will go the extra mile in communication through every phase of the work.
